Issue: Users report that the Admin Tool is not displaying the correct ACTS version number under the “Server” tab. Users report seeing ACTS 3.0 regardless of what version they have running. ACTS Version: 3.1 and 3.5

The Fix: This one will only take a few steps to resolve. If under the “Server” tab in the Admin Tool you are seeing “Aqua Connect Terminal Server 3.0″ and you know that can’t be right, you are probably seeing something like this:

To get the correct version number to display, simply go to the top left corner of the Admin Tool where it asks for Host: and type the location of the server you want to connect to.

If you are local… Type “localhost” and press Enter.

If administering the Admin Tool remotely… Type the IP address of the server you want to connect to and press Enter.

You should now see the correct version number of ACTS you are running under the “Server” tab.
