If connecting to Aqua Connect Terminal Server 3.x via RDC for the Mac and your keyboard shortcuts are not working, here is what you do…

 

On the RDC menu bar open the Keyboard tab in Preferences

If the “Windows Start Key” is not set to the Command/Apple key then this is why your shortcuts are not working. You will need to change this to the Command/Apple key.
